Privacy and media information
This page describes the personal information and private media handling currently implemented in the service.
We use email for verification, admission limits, the waitlist, result-link delivery, measuring retry demand, and service operations. Verification and result emails are sent through Brevo.
Photos and derived media
Uploaded photos and video-generation prompts may be sent to the configured Google Gemini and VEO services to create the journey-through-time video. Analyses and generated clips are returned to this service for processing.
The deletion periods below apply to copies stored by this service. Data processed by external providers may be subject to their own retention policies.
Deletion and retention
When cancellation is processed, private media stored by this service is deleted immediately. Requests already sent to an external provider may not be stoppable.
When the final video is complete, source and intermediate media stored by this service is deleted immediately. The final video is available for 24 hours after completion and is then deleted.
Media from failed or incomplete work is retained for recovery for up to 24 hours and is then deleted.
Separate from media deletion, email, creation and retry history, and minimal operational records may remain for admission limits, cost and abuse controls, and demand measurement. Deleting media does not delete these records.
